III. Hourly Minimum Booking Requirement: Hourly minimums may apply depending on vehicle type and service. Sedans and SUVs may require minimum hours. Vans, buses, and specialty vehicles may require longer minimums.
IV. Other Policies: Overtime, extra stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, travel time, and route modifications may be charged additionally. Airport pickups may include limited complimentary waiting time, after which waiting charges may apply. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Availability: Vehicles shown on the website are for advertising purposes. Actual dispatched vehicles may differ in model, year, color, and design based on availability and operational requirements.
Liability: Service delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, construction, or mechanical issues may occur. The company is not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or appointments caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
